Dr. Noriega is originally from Morgan City, La. Following graduation from Berwick High School, he attended and graduated from Nicholls State University. Following graduation, Dr. Noriega served in the US Army at Ft. Riley, KS. After two years of active duty, he attended Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, Fl. Following his surgical training in Oklahoma City, OK, Dr. Noriega joined Acadiana Foot Centers.
During his Medical School years, Dr. Noriega was the American Podiatric Students' Association President. He was very active with the Louisiana Podiatric Medical Association for many years. He now serves as the Vice President of Region 3 for the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Dr. Noriega works closely with the Limb Salvage Center in Lafayette. He specializes in Surgical reconstruction of the Diabetic foot and limb salvage procedures. His work has had a positive affect on thousands of patients suffering from Diabetic Ulcerations. Dr. Noriega also specializes in Juvenile flat foot reconstruction. Over the years Dr. Noriega has utilized techniques which have corrected many children in the south Louisiana area.
Dr. Noriega is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Noriega is an active staff member of Park Place Surgical Hospital, AMG Specialty Hospital, Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, and Lafayette General Medical Center
Dr. Hannah Istre Rambo is a native of Carencro, Louisiana, and a 2016 graduate of Teurlings Catholic High School. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2019 before receiving her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2023.
She completed an extensive surgical residency at AdventHealth East Orlando in Orlando, Florida, where she received comprehensive training in forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction, sports medicine, foot and ankle trauma, and diabetic limb salvage. During her final year of residency, she was honored to serve as Chief Resident.
Dr. Rambo specializes in foot and ankle surgery, with particular interests in reconstructive surgery, including flatfoot reconstruction, acute trauma, and bunion correction.
She is Board Qualified in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Rambo is an active staff member at Park Place Surgical Hospital, Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, and Lafayette General Medical Center.
